Inside you have two nice size bedrooms with privacy from each other. Cook in your modern kitchen with all the conveniences of home and more. Retire to your comfy living room and enjoy TV with complementary apps Prime and Netflix. Or take a glass of wine and enjoy the sounds of silence over looking the Englishman River Estuary.

The space
Bright, open concept 2 bedroom suite, large kitchen window overlooks the patio and estuary.
Master bedroom has a cheater door into the spacious four piece bathroom with built in shower surround.
Master bedroom boasts a barn door into the living room which leads through to patio doors and onto your private deck.
The second bedroom is a nice size located off the kitchen and accented with bright linens. Both bedrooms are quiet with living space between them giving privacy to both sleeping rooms.

For your convenience the suite offers your own private washer/dryer.

Guest access
Guests will access off a quiet street, free street parking and a secure gate that leads you down a path and into your secure separate entrance which offers a small coat room for shoes, coats and extra.

Other things to note
The owners have a lovely private home above and have two house dogs that are kept in a separate yard if out.
