Two bedroom apartments with a wonderful balcony. All rooms are air-conditioned and has a full sized kitchen. Close to the slave castles musuems, Elmina and Kakum National Park. Continental Breakfast is available as well for additional cost.

Place has potential but not ready to rent out yet.

Brown water came out of the sink and shower. The sink in one washroom would overflow when the sink/shower in the other washroom would be in use. The smell of mildew permeated the home. Did not have proper linen/bedding or towels. Did not have dishes to accommodate renters or a family of more than 1 person. The apartment looked like it was inside a building that had been in a fire so was charred and broken down to charred blocks. We arrived late in the evening. We found suitable accommodations the next day and moved out.
