Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to dumpster located in condo back parking lot. Dumpster is located in left side as you walk towards the beach.
Please ensure all pool toys are returned and TV remotes are returned to proper room.
Please ensure golf cart keys are left on counter top.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Heather & Kurt live locally in Santa Rosa Beach. Heather is an Atlanta native, and it didn't take her long to ditch the city life and move to the beach in 2009. Kurt is an Air Force Veteran and was lucky enough to get stationed in paradise in 2008 and never left. We are your local source for all things beach!

Windancer Shores is a quaint, private beachfront community with 8 private homes and a low-rise condo building that share a gated access to the private 200+ feet deeded beach. Ideally located on the east end of Scenic Gulf Drive, you’ll be near tons of hot spots like the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, Seascape Town Center and beachfront local restaurants like Surf Hut, Whale’s Tale and Pompano Joe’s. Windancer has a Gulf-front pool that is seasonally heated and beachfront bbq grills.
