The space

Other things to note
WIFI:
The area is not covered by a cable provider like Spectrum, Infinity, or others; therefore the only option we could identify for the area is T-Mobile Home Internet at this time - apologies in advance. As we finding out, this provider could be spotty with speeds varying from 2mb - 7mb. Expect speeds to be slower during busy seasons in the area, as performance correlate to a size of the user base).
Heads up! Do feel free to restart the modem, however, refrain from moving it around as the spot it’s in is the best we have been able to identify for the cabin.
Water Well:
The cabin uses well water, please be cognizant how much of the water you use and if you might have a sensitive stomach for a hard water, in the event you choose to drink it. We have a top of the line system processing the water, but with the well water, there’s always some variability in the quality of it. We recommend using bottled water or boil water before drinking it.
Wildlife:
The area is full of wildlife. While its super awesome to observe, we do want you to be conscientious and careful when around it. We have a family of bears frequenting the area surrounding the cabin during the year, except for winter, when they hibernate. Please be aware that bears an open your car doors, as they hunt for food, snacks, or sweet drinks. Make sure to keep your car locked at all times and windows rolled up. The bears have an acute sense of smell and can open car doors without any problems. Please be aware of that and make sure you car and cabin doors are closed as you go in and out of the cabin on arrival or departure. If bears are encountered, use a whistle to make loud noise, or raise hands and make loud noises until they leave. Generally, use common sense and do not try to fight them or chase them out of the car if they are in. They will get what they need and leave. They are also quite the scaredy cats, and will likely not show up when you outside playing, using a fire pit, making noise and enjoying the outdoors. Be aware, but not afraid!
