Hi! I'm Erika and the owner of the Bingham Estate. The Bingham was built by Captain Bingham and his family in 1883. The house is on the National Register of Historic Houses. The house has been transformed to provide guests the opportunity to stay in one of McKinney's historic treasures while still enjoying modern amenities. We're looking forward to hosting you at the Bingham.

Why they chose this property

Historic downtown is incredible area in the DFW area. My husband's family has been in McKinney for over 50 years. This is the 4th historic house we've restored downtown.

What makes this property unique

The house looks straight out of the movie, The Notebook.
