Thank you for acknowledging the home’s location, spacious layout, and that the property generally matched the listing photos and amenities. We strongly disagree with the suggestion that the home is misrepresented or broadly poorly maintained. The property is accurately advertised, and the concerns listed were individual maintenance items, not an accurate reflection of the overall condition of the home. Those items have been reviewed and addressed with the appropriate teams. We take legitimate maintenance concerns seriously, particularly anything involving safety or advertised amenities. While you are entitled to your opinion regarding value, we stand firmly behind the accuracy of the listing, the amenities provided, and the condition in which the property is presented to guests.

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you encountered during your stay. Our maintenance team has fixed the A/C settings, and our cleaning team has performed a deep cleaning of the hot tub. We ask questions prior to booking to ensure our property aligns with guests' needs and expectations. We regret if this process felt burdensome. We apologize if we were not able to address the audio issue in the cinema. This has been resolved after your checkout. We sincerely appreciate your comments and will surely use these to improve our services for a better guest experience.
