Modern Rustic Oasis/Games/Cinema/UTD/Plano/Frisco

You were a great guest, Jacqueline. As a host, we always try our best to make it a quick and smooth booking experience and check-in for our guests. We would be happy to host you again at any time!

Thank you for acknowledging that the property was great. However, the house rules, required communications, and applicable fees were disclosed as part of the booking process. They were not hidden, added unexpectedly, or created after arrival. These policies are in place to protect the property, manage occupancy, and set clear expectations for every reservation. Guests are responsible for reviewing those terms before booking. Characterizing clearly disclosed requirements as “not upfront” is simply not accurate.

Thanks for your feedback, Travis! We always keep our house nice and clean for our guests to have a comfortable stay. We are sincerely sorry you felt overwhelmed by the constant messages. As a host, we just wanted to make sure we ask relevant questions to get to know our guests. In fact, we reviewed our communication and we were nothing but courteous and respectful throughout the conversation. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to hosting you again soon!

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the property, especially the pool table, media room, and backyard. We apologize for the confusion regarding the hot tub. Your feedback is valuable, and we will ensure the listing accurately reflects available amenities to avoid future misunderstandings. We also appreciate you bringing the sound system issue in the media room to our attention. We will address this promptly to enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you again for your insights, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide an even better experience during your next visit!

Thank you for sharing your rating with us. We’re sorry your experience was not everything you expected. We remain committed to maintaining strong standards for cleanliness, communication, and overall hospitality. Without additional context, it is difficult to understand what may have fallen short. We hope you’ll give us another opportunity to host you.

Thank you for staying. Until next time!
