Beautiful property in Chatham
We loved the property and it's location in the heart of town in Chatham. The property was beautifully appointed with great en suite bedrooms/bathrooms and living areas. The kitchen was large and appliances were plentiful as were cutlery, silverware, and enough dish sets for all. The roof top terrace was enjoyed even in the cooler weather is October.
At issue was the discrepancy and missing information between the Vrbo posting and the property management updates of the description. With a service fee charges by Vrbo, I would expect better. I did provide updates to Vrbo via online chat,, but it's not clear that any action was taken.
The biggest missing piece of information was that linens are not included. We needed to rent linens from a local service that was conveniently painted with the property management.
In addition, Vrbo charged the balance due automatically to the card originally used, but we were splitting the cost with another couple and planned to use a different card. There was a difficulty with switching the cards, so we needed to work that out ourselves.
If we rent the property again, we will work directly with property management and bypass Vrbo.
Again, it was a beautiful property and we love Chatham, and would potentially stay here if we visit the area again.
