This beautifully renovated townhouse style apartment boasts two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a pullout sofa in the heart of downtown. This space is truly unique with it first floor living room, bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom with glass walk in shower. Head up the spiral staircase to an open and airy fully stocked kitchen, second bedroom with queen size, and a half bathroom. This unit is dog friendly and was newly renovated with mini splits and off street parking for one car.

While we want our guests to enjoy their privacy, we are also readily available for anything you might need, from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just send us a message or give us a call.

10 Fair Street is one of the best locations in Newport. You are a five minute walk to famous landmarks such as Bannisters and Bowens Wharf, Trinity and St. Mary’s Church and The Black Pearl Restaurant. Truly, you are in the heart of it all with dozens of restaurants, shops, bars and sights right outside your door.

Hop in your car for a 10 minute drive to both the Ocean Drive and Bellevue Avenue Preservation Society Mansions.

Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will get an email the day of their stay with the codes to the doors.

Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of our guests.

There are four off street parking spots with one spot designated per unit. The onsite parking makes it easy for you to park your car and spend most of your time on foot with everything just outside your door.

10 Fair Street is a four unit building located right off Historic Thames Street. Unit Two is located on the second and third floor with a spiral staircase connecting the two floors. The building recently underwent a complete renovation and each unit has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, modern furnishings, window fixtures, and a bathroom with a large glass walk in shower. There is also a second half bath located on the third floor.

Both bedrooms come equipped with queen size beds, and there is a pullout couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, as well as, a dining room table which can seat six. The mini splits keep the room nice and cool or cozy and warm depending on your preference. There is off street parking for one car, but another spot is available depending on occupancy. Please request in advance if needed.

All of Windwards properties are professionally cleaned between guests and come outfitted in high end linens and towels.

Aside from the cleanliness of the space, it is in one of the most sought after locations in Newport. You are steps away from Thames Street, Bannisters & Bowens Wharf, and endless restaurants, bars, and shopping.
