3bd 2ba vintage home with lots of character in a calm area, walking distance to to parks, golfing, dining, leisure, shopping, and dancing or a short trip away from wine country, outdoor recreation, and more.

This home offers 1,400 sq ft of interior space on a 6,500 sq ft lot. The main floor is accessed by a short flight of stairs to enter from the front or the back and has one main bedroom, one full bathroom, a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The basement floor has in-unit laundry, two bedrooms, and a batbroom. All rooms have ample closet space, workspace, computer monitors, and TVs with Rokus. There is also a carport turned patio and garage in the back of the house.
