Our villa, which has been designed in a very modern way in a very spacious atmosphere and provides accommodation for up to 11 people, consists of 5 rooms and 5 bathrooms.

You can relax on the stylish garden furniture by the pool, and you can have barbecue parties with crowded groups of friends in the large garden. In addition, you can watch the unique view from many rooms of our villa and the glass doors of the hall at any time during your holiday.

You can go out to the beautiful garden from the living room, which provides a comfortable living space for our guests. Offering all your needs during your holiday, Kalkan Villa 1051 is only 500 meters from the center of Kalkan and 1 km from the nearest beach.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in set, microwave oven, kettle, dinner set for 12 people, and all kitchen utensils are sufficient.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool measuring 10 X 3.5 meters, 35 square meters in size and 1.50 meters deep in the garden.

Garden: There is a swimming pool, sunbathing area, shower, 10 sun loungers, 5 umbrellas, a garden table for 10 people and a barbecue in the private garden.

Free Services: Reception, electricity, water, gas, daily pool and garden maintenance, one spare sheet and towel per person, internet.

Paid Services: Airport transfers, daily cleaning upon request, daily tours, car rental.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 3,500 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance and if no damage is done to the house, the fee is refunded on the check-out date.
