Desert Springs suites for 2026 PNP Paribas Open

I have reserved a 1-Bedroom villa at the Marriott's Desert Springs I for May 9-11 and another for May 9-12.

For next year‘s PNP Paribas Open, I have only been able to reserve suites (guestrooms) at the Desert Springs for March 6-9, 12-15, 12-16 and 13-16. The only one-bedroom villa I have reserved as at the Shadow Ridge enclaves for March 12-15. If these dates for a guest room work for you, please contact me for a significant discount.

I have no availability for one-bedroom villas at any of the five Marriott resorts in Palm Desert for March or April.

Please, No instant booking. Contact me through VRBO for availability. As a Marriott Chairman's Club member, I do not own these units but will reserve them for you if they are available. Prices will vary, especially around the holidays.

The reservation was inaccurate

The reservation was inaccurate as we were supposed to receive two condos with a living room and kitchen in the middle. Instead, we received two 1 bedroom condos on two different floors. Extremely disappointed.
