Take advantage of private deeded access to the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River and experience a coastal escapade like no other.

As you enter this modern getaway, you will notice an open floor plan with elegant finishes throughout. Spread out comfortably in the air-conditioned living area featuring an inviting sofa and a large smart TV with streaming services. This is the ultimate relaxation spot where you can unwind with your loved ones, plan all of your next adventures, and catch up on your favorite series. When mealtime comes, prepare delicious homemade meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with modern appliances that will make cooking a breeze. A small coffee corner with a Keurig coffee maker will delight every coffee enthusiast in your group. Enjoy your feast at the gorgeous dining table, and you can find extra seating at the kitchen island. From here, you have direct access to a covered patio with plenty of seating options.

The private en suite bedroom is on the main floor along with an additional guest bedroom and laundry room with a washer/dryer. The primary bedroom enjoys a gorgeous en suite bath with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second floor has two additional bedrooms (each with an en suite bathroom) and a bonus loft/office.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is currently pool installation occurring at this property. While here, wood framing around the hole will be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
