I grew up in Fulton County, Pa. I worked for the USDA for over 30 years and enjoyed teaching people about agriculture and natural resources. I am a 10th generation agriculturalist.

Why they chose this property

This farm has amazing views of the landscape around it. I love raising cattle, horses, and mules. The grasslands lend themselves to the livestock for grazing and it supplies a very peaceful, pastoral setting to live on and share with guests.

What makes this property unique

The property is back a dead-end road and is very tranquil. There are not random vehicles or people just passing through. There is many types of wildlife on the property and lots of grassland nesting songbirds and many types of frogs at the ponds.
