This lovely North Beach Cottage with 3 bedrooms and den, 3.5 bathrooms, several decks, a screened in porch, a spacious living area on the second floor to maximize the lovely view of the marsh and tidal creek is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. With hardwood flooring, updated bathrooms, flat screen high definition TV's, and a gourmet kitchen - this is a home you won't want to miss. You can even hear the ocean waves from your many balconies and porches! This is the wonderful location with the North Beach boardwalk down the street.
On the first floor, two bedrooms plus a den, 2 full bathrooms, a screened in porch, deck and full size washer/dryer await your arrival. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed, and adjoining full bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead out to the covered deck overlooking the marsh and tidal creek. The second bedroom has a queen with twin bunk above, another full bathroom. The den has a pull out queen sleeper sofa and has a large TV. Sliding glass doors leading to the screened in porch.
On the second floor is the main living area in order to maximize the wonderful view over the marsh. The great room has spacious, cathedral ceilings, a flat screen high definition TV, hardwood flooring and new furnishings. Sliding glass doors lead to another deck overlooking the marsh with a gas grill for your use. The dining area table has seating for eight. Off the living area is the primary bedroom with a king size bed, high definition TV, and a full bathroom with an extra large shower. An additional powder bath is on this level, as well.
Pets NOT allowed
As of 5/31/25, property will have a dedicated rental 6-seater LSV available for guest to rent thru Lightning Bugz via an app. (Instructions on the cart itself. All LSV questions to be directed to Lightning Bugz only. This cart rental possesses one of the available rental gate passes allowed for this unit.
*As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
