The main entrance of this home leads to an elegant formal dining room for 10 as well as a large, welcoming living area that is designed to blend seamlessly with the open-concept kitchen. The kitchen features every amenity a cook desires as well as breakfast bar seating for 4 and a cozy, built-in window seat.
Also on the first floor is the primary king with a lovely view and access to one of the peaceful outdoor seating areas, the hot tub and, of course, the lake. It also features an ensuite bath with walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanity.
The upper level of this home includes several large king rooms, all with stunning lake views. The first king room includes a queen sofa sleeper and private office space if work is on the agenda. Another king has a detached but private bath with tub/shower combo. The third king shares a bath with the bunk room, which has four twins and a fun slide feature.
Uniquely, the bunk room and main hallway open to a fantastic bonus room with kitchenette, bathroom, games and TV area. This space is filled with natural light and invites fun and play. Attached to the bonus room and separated by double doors is another bright and sunny guest room with a queen and two extra long twins.
There is so much more outside the home that makes this property special. Grand Bay sits on a 1.85 wooded lot with an astounding 440 feet of shoreline that offers a surround view of the lake and multiple seating areas from which to soak in the serenity. A large hot tub, shaded fire pit and bench swing provide various ways to enjoy the ambience of this secluded retreat. Of course, there is also a private dock with provided kayaks as well as space for your personal or rented boat.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 16; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
