We were there for our sons graduation. The house is a nice size, overall decent and gave a family oriented feeling. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. My first experience.

This home was just as beautiful as advertised. Going in the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The living space was set up for family time. The kitchen was equipped with things you might’ve forgot. The expectations for the home was well written out and the location was safe and well around welcoming.

Cute house but had its problems. Tv speakers blown…. Tough to watch tv when they rattle really badly at any volume. Manager accidentally did t send check in instructions ahead of time and left us on the porch for 20 minutes until vrbo got in touch with them. They had gotten busy but came over shortly after and finished cleaning/making the bed. Upstairs shower knob fell off- we tried to fix but it will happen again. Somebodies old razer sitting in master bath. Positive side it had good ac and tolerable mattresses.

I booked this home to accommodate guest overflow for an event I was hosting, and the owner's responsiveness was excellent throughout the process. The large space was the main reason I chose this property, and it definitely delivered in terms of size. However, during my walkthrough before my guests arrived, it was clear the refrigerator cleanliness had been overlooked, and the house had a noticeable musty smell, as if it needed to be aired out. After check in, my guests mentioned that one of the beds had an unclean comforter, and surprisingly no sheets/fitted sheets underneath at all. While my guests complied with the checkout instructions, I found the requirements to be more stringent than I expected. Asking the guests to leave the home neat and tidy and removing the trash from the home and placing them into specific bins, seems to fall under the umbrella of the cleaning fee charged. If guests are expected to contribute on that level, the cleaning fee should reflect it.While the host was responsive and the space was large, I don't think I would rent this property again.
