A total of 10 Apartments, 10 bedrooms, 10 beds (King size), and 10 bathrooms, which can comfortably host up to 20 guests.

Fully furnished. WIFI and Smart 50" Roku TV. AC & Heat. Office Desk. Washer/Dryer - shared in building. Full Kitchen. Fully Stocked Kitchen with Utensils, Plates, Pots, Pans and Cooking Spices. Complimentary Coffee and Water.

Guests have full access to all (10) ten units and their amenities, as well as access to the shared Courtyard, Pool Area, and Laundry Facility.

1) PARKING DETAILS:
-PAID Gated Parking available @5/day per automobile. Photo of the vehicle and license plate required. Towing enforced.
-Also available is FREE street parking (must abide by all City of Houston street parking signs)
-Do NOT park in off-street front parking spaces along 1903 Commonwealth. They belong to the commercial office building next door.

2) ADDITIONAL PET FEES REQUIRED. Please Inquire for Info!

3) TV ENTERTAINMENT. Our property features Roku TVs. Guests are required to download the Roku remote app on their smartphone to access streaming services and channels. Detailed instructions will be included in check-in instructions.
