Just ONE block from the beach & restaurants you can enjoy everything Melbourne Beach area has to offer. From watching the sunrise with a cup of espresso to taking a dip in the ocean or simply soaking in the sun, we provide everything you need to enjoy the outdoors.

Fully stocked, open concept kitchen, luxury mattresses with cotton sheets/duvets. 65” Smart TV in living room, unlimited wi-fi for all devices. Large private yard with bbq and fire pit. For playing in the sun we provide all: beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler & even games. New front loading washer/dryer in garage.
