Great house
Ok, so I will start this review by saying the house was very clean and essentially brand new. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Pros: Very close to the Missouri River/Holter Lake. Very nicely furnished house, brand new from what I could tell. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and even some basics like salt/pepper. Good water. Very quiet. We were worried about noise from the interstate (as it’s right there) but we didn’t hear it at all. The neighbors seemed quiet. A little C-store right down the road, and a coffee shop a little further down the road. The cons: Very little parking. There is 1 parking space for this house, and if you have a boat, you have to pay extra for parking. If they have already rented out the camper spot, there isn’t a place for your boat. If both houses and the camper door are rented, this driveway would be very crowded, and the camper would be right up next to your windows. As this is a boating haven, this should be listed in the listing. Check in was a little lacking. I received a text, but no instructions on how to check in. Had to ask again when we got there, and it’s very limited cell coverage, so that was just a little stressful. Overall, great house, just a few know before you go things. Eat at Isaacs in Craig. Highly recommended.
