We knew south Alabama was a place we wanted to raise our baby girls and have a second home to enjoy and share with others! Surf Side Shores II is a 9 story, low density complex (54 units total) with 6 units per floor. Located ONLY 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores II has two beach side pools, one that is an extended season pool, and a small kiddie pool with direct beach front access. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Beach service is available for chairs and umbrella rentals if desired. You have incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony and beautiful views of little lagoon from the front bedroom. Located only 1 mile from the city center with many restaurants and attractions easily accessible by car or walking.
