Bad area

While the inside of the house was clean, it’s in rough shape. Mold all over the inside of the washing machine, cheap furniture and kitchen supplies. The neighborhood is pretty rough too.

The Mill Concert

Nearness to The Mill was great as we stayed after a concert. Lenny was very easy to communicate with & answered quickly. Beds comfy & plenty of towels. Down side was we literally only spent the night & left next morning but had to pay $50 for cleaning. There were cobwebs in the bedrooms & bathroom, brown stains on bathroom trim & 4 spiders in the one bedroom. Not worth $50. Cleaning fees & taxes ended up being more than per night price. Would also be nice to have a few mirrors in bedrooms since only 1 bathroom.

Great find!

I needed a place to stay for 2 nights while I started back to school. I found this house and was thrilled with the price and location. Everything was clean and well kept. My sister and I slept amazing.
