The condo offers updated granite countertops and a massive kitchen island. It has a spacious master suite with a king bedroom set and a second bedroom with a queen bedroom set. The condo is within walking distance of the community pool and it comes with a one-car garage. Imagine sipping coffee on the calming, enclosed lanai while looking out at the palm trees. The central location provides convenient access to Bonita and Barefoot Beaches, Coconut Point Mall to the North, and Mercato & 5th Avenue to the South. RSW Airport is only 25 minutes away. The rental is available from July and comes furnished with high-end furnishings and all kitchen supplies. Immediate occupancy is available pending HOA approval.

The minimal rental is a month.

Starting December 2025 - May 2026 property will accept monthly bookings from the dates 1-31.

Great location

We enjoyed this condo for a 10 week stay. The location is convenient for shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The condo is comfortable, clean, well maintained, and quiet. There is a golf course very close. The kitchen and master suite are very spacious. The owner was helpful and responsive.

Excellent communication with the host. After moving in host called to ensure we had adequate heating and air. Host met us at unit to make sure we knew how everything worked ( smart tv, appliances,etc. Host went beyond what they needed to do. They called several times to make sure everything was going well. If we could give 10 stars we would. The day we left host came over to give us our deposit back. We are going to try and book this house again next year. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you for a great vacation !!!!!!!

Continuing LOVING

I have had a continued need to care for my Mother while ill locally. To have a caring owner work so well with us means more than you will know. The home has inspirational items that are coming to play during a much needed time. The condo is so comfortable and the layout is exceptional. With the pool right next door, needed time to relax in between visits has been amazing. This is a blessing.
