We kindly ask that your pet be crated when unattended and kept off the furniture at all times. This helps ensure a peaceful and clean environment for all our guests. Please note that any damage caused by your pet will be billed to the guest.

I was here for a conference and did not take part in any of the activities available with my stay. The bed was very comfortable. I did unplug the air freshiner as it wasn't needed and personally don't use them. Great location near anything you want to go to in Branson. The clubhouse food is very good.

We had such a lovely visit to Branson and the Black Bear condo was lovely. The balcony looks over a beautiful view of the 18th hole, and we enjoyed our coffee there each morning. The space is well stocked with everything you need and then some. It is mindfully and adorably decorated. Check in was a breeze and the host, Anna, was on top of communication at every step. The location was perfect for our needs with everything within 15-25 minutes drive. Thank you VRBO and Anna for a wonderful stay!

chose this property because of the reviews. It truly is a 5 star rental. I felt safe and secure in a gated community and had a beautiful view. The condo was perfect! It was quiet, super clean and everything worked! Sleeping on the tempurpedic mattress was very comfortable and the bear theme was a nice touch. Was a relaxing week. Bed was comfortable and accessibility was easy for us old gimped up people. Close to the pool which we enjoyed. Do wish there was a grab bar on the wall between the linen closet and the tub up high enough to grab on while stepping in and out of the shower. Stay was great, quiet and peaceful.

I enjoy connecting with people and take great pride in providing my guests with the highest level of care. Sincere hospitality and attention to detail have been close to my heart since a very young age.

I’m naturally active and energetic. When I’m not working or spending time with my family, I enjoy exercising (especially Callanetics), playing ping-pong, and practicing ballroom dancing. I used to play professional volleyball in my younger years and hope to return to the sport one day.

I also love traveling and meeting new people. Some dream destinations on my list include Africa, New Zealand, and Paris.
