The bedroom has 1 queen bed and the living area has a futon for additional guests or children. A fully stocked kitchen is convenient if you choose to cook and we have a large private parking lot behind the building. This is a perfect place to stay to enjoy this beautiful historic town.

This is the sweetest place! Perfect location. We walked to the waterfront everyday as well as just meandering around the historic neighborhood looking at the old beautiful homes. Great mexican restaurant around the corner. Apt had everything you need. Host was super quick to respond to a question. We will be back.

Downtown Georgetown is so charming and we live on Broad street as well. We built our Real Estate and construction business there a few years ago and added the apartment above. It’s one of the bests streets in Georgetown and in walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and shops on Front Street.
