Located next to Belmont Park, smell the ocean air from this recently remodeled condo that's 10 yards from the boardwalk! With 2 Large Bedrooms, one of which has a loft, you'll have plenty of space to enjoy your beach retreat.

Please note the loft is being counted as the 3rd bedroom. This loft has its own queen bed and it sits above the 2 queen beds of bedroom 2. You must enter bedroom 2 to get to the loft.

Other things to note
We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase.

Please note that scuffs, scratches, and stains may exists in the property that were not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest.
