The open floor plan allows for easy meal preparation in the well-stocked kitchen, which flows seamlessly into the dining room. Bar seating is also available for quick meals on-the-go before your daily adventures.

When it s time to retire for the night, retreat to the bedrooms where you ll find a luxurious master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and attached ensuite with a soaking bath tub to unwind after a long day. THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels).
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!
-​​​​​​​In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area.

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING
There is a 2 car attached garage. There is also limited additional street parking and parking lots a 4-5 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
