This south Mission beach house is one house from the ocean in beautiful South Mission Beach with Ocean Views from all rooms. Steps to the boardwalk and sand this is a 1650 ft.² 3BD/3 ½ bath vacation home. Encompassing the 2nd and third floors, you'll get ocean views from every room and Sunset views from the patio deck! This home has a total of 3 KING BEDS and 1 Queen sofa sleeper.
As you enter the home on the main level there is living area with a queen sofa sleeper, a flat screen tv. To the left is the first bedroom with a King bed, en suite full bath with tub/shower combo, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and access to a ocean view deck. To the right is the 2nd bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of closet space, an en suite bath with tub shower combo, a flat screen TV, and access to a ocean and sunset view deck. There is also a full size stack washer/dryer right before you head up the stairs to the main living area.

The main living area features an open floor plan that is light, bright and airy with views, views, and views. To the left is a 3rd bedroom with King bed full en suite bathroom with separate shower and vanity area, separate toilet area, walk-in closet, and ocean view. There is a dining table for 8, and an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. A 1/2 Bath is also located upstairs off of the kitchen.

Off the main living area is a view deck. The north deck has beach and ocean views all the way up the coast to La Jolla! Relax on the outdoor sofa and chairs and enjoy the BBQ and outdoor fireplace!
This Mission Beach Vacation Home has a 2 car garage and can fit up to two vehicles and an additional parking spot for car/truck in front of the 2 car garage. There are beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, beach toys located in the garage. An enclosed outdoor private shower is located at the bottom of the stairway to rinse off the sand before going upstairs.

The famous Mission Beach boardwalk is just steps away. Belmont Park is less than 1/2 mile, and there are restaurants, pubs, and markets within close walking distance.

PLEASE NOTE: This home encompasses the top two levels with a neighbor below and noise carries. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this beach house.

Great Beach Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Very clean and comfortable for our family of five. Patio is great for ocean views. We hope to return, the location was perfect!

Me, wifey & the usual suspects!

Property was very clean, and the location awesome. The garage & amenities in the garage were an added plus. The kitchen was well stocked as we were there for 10 days, and the bedrooms were very nice. There were a few minor issues with the wi-fi, which was promptly addressed by the owner, but we could not get the TV's in the 2 lower bedrooms to work during our stay, and the was no TV in the upstairs master suite. Our last two days were shared with gray skies, and Hurricane Hilary. The owner was very attentive & responsive. The owner even refunded a days rental due to a weather related issue with the hurricane. Overall this is an outstanding property that you can't go wrong with, and very highly recommend.

Perfect stay

Beautiful place to stay in the less busy part of Mission Beach. Quiet neighborhood, near restaurants. Thoroughly furnished and outfitted property with large, comfortable beds.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had an amazing week in Mission Beach! The accommodations were perfect - particularly that each bedroom has its own full bath, and an additional half bath upstairs. Lots of room, super comfy beds/sheets, beautiful, updated bathrooms, tons of closet space, and plenty of living space. We spent a LOT of time on the outside patio - eating most meals, enjoying the sofa and fire table, and the bbq. You can hear the waves from practically every room in the house, but sitting outside was the best! From sunny mornings to beautiful sunsets. Every amenity was covered from two types of coffee makers, plenty of dishes/glasses/serve ware, and even baking pans! We enjoyed using the boogie boards and bikes. Our two small to mid-size SUVs fit snugly in the garage... needed to be careful pulling in and out, but they fit. So nice to have off street parking. Property owners had near immediate replies to any questions, but check in/check out instructions, and the list of how to use amenities (wifi, tv, door locks and garage codes) were emailed in advance and/or posted in the house for easy access. We had a family vacation that included our 17 year old daughter and one of her friends - they had a blast! The location is perfect. They could head just steps out to the beach, walk to Belmont Park and ride the rollercoaster, ride bikes along the boardwalk and bay, etc. Thanks Sherie for a wonderful week in your beautiful beach house!

Why they chose this property

We chose Mission Beach because of it's close proximity to so many attractions. Our family loves to surf, paddleboard, fish and bike ride. This house offers the bay on one side and the beach on the other. It's a short walk to restaurants, Belmont Park and an easy bike ride into Pacific Beach. The views from the house are incredible and access to the sand and ocean within 100 feet is optimal. This house is clean and well kept.
