The home was gorgeous and accommodated our 7 children and 9 adults very comfortably. The amenities in the kitchen and laundry area were over-the-top (except for knives... and no disposal - which is understandable) Pickleball and fire pit and pool were lovely! Our host was very responsive and communicated very well with us.

We travel annual for a Christian Men’s group get-together. The Above & Beyond property was breath-taking! Open concept, plenty of space, and spectacular views. We absolutely loved this house! 14 of us stayed and had plenty of space. It rained while we were here, but we made the most of it and still had fun playing pickleball and utilizing the hot tub! We definitely had a great time and want to stay again!

The house was large enough had great accommodations. I loved being able to cook in the kitchen because we cooked all of our meals in everyone was super helpful and accommodating. If something wasn’t at the home I would definitely go back.

Unfortunately did not get to have the trip as planned due to the severe winter storm, but the communication and support from the hosts made the whole process smooth and less stressful. They are great and I will definitely rebook in the future when going back to broken bow

A fantastic property accurately described in listing. We had a large group of family including 4adult couples and 5 children. There was more than enough space with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, dining seating, etc!The deck and outside amenities (pickleball, hot tub, basketball, play ground, fire-pit) were fantastic. An Amazing Giveaway

This property was absolutely amazing! We had plenty of space for 11 adults. The pictures does not do justice on how gorgeous this property is. The wrap around porch was our favorite location and the views was spectacular during our fall time stay. The host was very responsive to all of my questions even before our booking. Fantastic modern cabin with ultimate sunset

The cabin owner was in contact. The cabin owner followed up with any request. The cabin floorplan open yet cozy & comfortable. Room for everyone... over a 120 places to sit inside and out. The ping pong table was a hit! The sunset, lightning storm, and star filled skies were breathtaking. My entire family enjoyed the stay.

It was AMAZING! The view was outstanding, and the location was very easy to get to local attractions. So many things to do on the premise along with so many things to do in the area. Everything we wanted to do was within 30 minutes of our house. Plenty of things for the kids to play with at the house. The playground, pickleball, basketball court so fun. Inside the house so many games and fun things like foosball, ping-pong, arcade machine. It was so pretty outside all they wanted to do was stay outside and play. But when it rained in the morning, they had things to do. I highly recommend!

This property had it all - amazingly clean, well-appointed, and spacious! The home was solid with all of the amenities...perfect for shared spaces or quiet spots alone, even with a large group! Plenty for everyone's interests between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Furniture was all comfortable and really enjoyed the deck spaces (very quiet area). The only drawback? We didn't get to stay longer!!! Hoping to get back - thank you, Sean! Very smooth stay, no issues with the home or the reservation.
