Just 7 blocks downhill to Baker St - a great central location in Nelson. Only a 5-minute drive to the lake, 15 minutes to Nordic skiing, and 25 minutes to WhiteWater Ski Resort for amazing skiing and snowboarding all winter!

This cozy two-level house is private and peaceful, while still being centrally located in Nelson. The house is bright and sunny, with full exposure to beautiful mountain and lake views on the top deck. An indoor two-person sauna is available year-round. The private lower deck has a seasonal outdoor two-person Ofuro tub and steps that descend to the fully fenced backyard.

Loads of space in a two-level, 3-bedroom house that accommodates six people (king, queen, double and loft bunk). One block from the elementary and middle schools in this neighborhood. Waldorf school bus drops off at middle school and St Joseph's School is walking distance away.

BOB's House is situated in the heart of Nelson, a mountain jewel in the West Kootenays. Nelson is full of creative people who love the natural beauty of this mountain town and are determined to call it home. It is a quaint arts community with beautiful historic architecture and a vibrant downtown core. Outdoor enthusiasts can downhill ski at Whitewater Resort, visit hot springs and backcountry ski during the winter months. The summer is made for mountain biking and hiking in the nearby provincial parks. Kootenay Lake and other local lake/river systems provide diverse canoeing, kayaking and paddleboard adventures. Nelson is truly a 'do what you like' environment for outdoor fun!
