Amazing clean and cozy!

My friends and I all had a wonderful time at this house! The owners were so kind and helpful and great at communicating. The house looked exactly as it did online. The house was extremely clean and provided us with linens! Will definitely be staying here again!

Great little spot

This is the perfect little spot for a couple for a little trip to Wilmington! We were close to our friend's house near campus, this house is super cute and comfy. We are definitely keeping this on our list for the next time we're in Wilmington.

Clean, comfy, close to UNCW, exactly what we needed!

We were looking for a place for just the two of us and our dog to move our daughter into college. We needed a place close to UNCW, allowed our dog, did not have a bunch of ridiculous fees (only cleaning and pet fee - thank you!!!), was clean and safe. We got exactly what we wanted! Exactly as advertised, clean, nicely stocked kitchen, laundry, comfortable bed, enough shampoo and condition and toiletries which was nice, and quietly located on the back side of another house which was no issue. Parking is tight on this road, we had to leave our big truck and U Haul trailer at our daughters house and borrow her car but no big deal. Great little coffee shop at the end of this road. Thank you!
