Relax with the whole family at this peaceful oceanfront condo. The freshly renovated condo features 1-bed and 1-bath with a queen sleeper in the living room (one of the few 1BR condos with a queen sleeper) and two bunk beds in the hallway. Perfect for those who are looking to spend their vacation relaxing on the beach or by the pool, soaking up the sun, walking along the beach shore with ocean waves rushing over their feet, enjoying the sand while building sandcastles with the family, hunting for shells and shark's teeth, or boogie boarding in the island surf.

This unit comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 children (queen size bed in the bedroom, queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and two children's bunk beds in the hallway).
It features A/C, WiFi, cable TVs with streaming in the living room and bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen (including Keurig, coffee pot, and hot water kettle) - perfect for families and friends alike!
This is a third-floor unit with an amazing ocean view. There is no elevator in this building.
The complex features grilling stations, a basketball court, playground, covered pavilion with picnic tables, horseshoe pit, bocce ball pit, cornhole boards as well as other activities.
Pool is open during summer around mid-May - October!
Please note: Unfortunately, no parties, pets, or smoking allowed.
Parking: Parking is onsite. Two parking passes are available for your stay.

The property was clean, well stocked, and perfect oceanfront view. We stayed 2 nights while attending a wedding at St Regis. It was an ideal location. Check in was super easy! We'd love to come back again and stay longer. We did not use any on-site amenities, but they look very nice! 10/10 recommend! Host was very thorough, communicative, and helpful.

Everything was great! Description was accurate. Easy to reach & fast replies. Offered extended check out time — which is worked great for us. Very appreciative of the hospitality. We had a wonderful time during our two night stay. The condo was newly renovated, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. It was quiet and had a nice view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and will look to book again next summer!

The condo was perfect! Loved all the small details. It was nice to not have to bring sheets and towels. It was also great to have essentials there until we could get to grocery store! The location was away from vacationers but close to grocery and restaurants. Will stay here again!

Perfect get away right in the beach. The condo had everything we needed from beach supplies to laundry supplies to well equipped kitchen. Cozy and nice for a couple or small family. We had issues with the lock but owners responded quickly to solve the problem. Restaurant recommendations were also nice.

Wonderful Little Beach Condo

Our family had a great time. The condo was cute, clean and perfect for a small family. The location and amenities were wonderful. The owners thought of everything you might need. They had great restaurant recommendations and were very responsive to questions. I highly recommend this rental and hope to rent it again soon.

perfect little place for two

We enjoyed staying at this house...it was so clean and cozy...well stocked with everything that you would need! We liked that the beach was small and the location was quiet so we could sleep at night. the only downfall was all the steps to climb to the 3rd floor..I guess it was good exercise but soo hard on the knees. The weather cooperated and we had a good time. Thanks

Perfect spot

We absolutely enjoyed our 3 day stay with convenient parking and access to the ocean and pool. In building one you have just a quick walk to the pool so convenient and don’t have to worry about the noise of having it right outside your window. Everything was perfectly clean and it was wonderful not to have to worry about towels or bed sheets. One less thing to park and unpack. Even board games in case you get rained in but fortunately the weather behaved. We have already voted to have Arr Place as our repeat family beach trip location.

Loved staying at Arrrrr Place. Everything from the beds, couches, sheets, pillows, blankets and towel's were quality and comfortable. Clean and furnished with space considered. Seriously I’ve never rented a beach house that comes with so many thoughtful supplies. Great kitchenware it’s all there. The host made up for a check in snafu immediately and generously!!! The beach is great size with the friendliest folks! Just a great location!!! Will definitely be back!!! Thanks for hosting me during a crazy time in my life! I needed the destress! First day on the beach a pod of dolphins and a bunch of shark teeth! Sad I had to leave!!!! 👍

GREAT Location

When we first booked our trip, this property did not have any reviews as it was a newer listing. It looked great though and we booked. And we are glad we did! Check-in was easy, and we even got a text saying the property was ready early! That is a first for us and we have rented many times with VRBO. I had one kitchen question which was promptly responded to by Bryan. They also had some extra toiletries on hand if you forgot something. Proximity to beach was amazing and you could even see the sunset from the front walkway. We have stayed at other properties further north where there is not much beach area, and this property had a real beach with no sand bags. It was perfect for our family of 4; six would work but would be cozy. No complaints here and would like to come again.

This is a cozy condo. Perfect for just one person but definitely room for more. I was looking for one of the most peaceful places I could find right on the ocean and that is exactly what I got. Could totally unplug and no hustle and bustle. I absolutely loved it. If I ever get the chance I would come back and stay in this exact condo. Hosts made sure it was stocked for your basic needs. Had a great ocean view. Hosts very responsive and kind.

3 Generation Beach Trip

We loved the space, and the balcony and oceanfront views and smells and sounds were exactly what we needed. It allowed us to never leave the beach, even when we needed to come in off the sand for a few hours. Space was clean, furniture was comfortable, and host was accommodating and allowed us our privacy to spend time together. We are already looking ahead to stay again.
