About this property

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips.

Please note 2nd and 3rd bedroom are separated by a curtain. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bed and futon.

Please note this is NOT a party house. No additional guests allowed in or near the property at any time. Please consider another listing if you want to entertain during your vacation.

Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM-9AM daily
No smoking at the property.
No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots or other business use.

We try to keep our bed count and other amenities as accurate as possible but sometimes the amenities or smaller beds, like the Ottoman pull out sleepers, get moved from one Property to another. If you arrive at a property and an amenity or bed is missing, please let us know right away and we will bring over whatever is needed.

If you do not inform us about a missing amenity, we will not be able to help and refunds will not be given.

We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase.

Please note that scuffs, scratches, and stains may exists in the property that were not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest.

Horrible management/missing CRITICAL info on listing.

Issue 1: THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOME RENTAL, there is another bedroom downstairs that shares the home that they rent out separately. THEY CAN HEAR EVERYTHING INCLUDING JUST WALKING AROUND. This lead to NUMEROUS issues between us and other renters as even the TV was clearly audible in their room. Its listed as “no parties” but needs to be treated as “don’t wake your parents making any sound in the house after 9pm”. Issue 2: Never received check-in info through VRBO, had to reach out NUMEROUS times the day of only to receive screenshots of the check-in info (which didn’t even include all the info like wifi password, etc.). Also, received a call from the hosts at 1pm the day of that our 4pm check-in would not be ready on time (didn’t get to check in until almost 6pm and had to call them twice to find out it was even ready). Issue 3: Both the website & Check-in info said 11pm checkout. Woke up the morning of to numerous texts saying we had to be out by 10AM despite finding this out at 9AM. We were out by 10:50, but were insanely pressured by the hosts for those 50 minutes. They claimed the info we received was generic and not for this property despite no info indicating otherwise. Issue 4: Numerous leaks in the rental when it rained that they said they would fix and never did, whole kitchen was soaked. Issue 5: Tons of beds but very limited sheets/pillows for those beds. Otherwise, rental space is as expected. FYI first photo is the balcony view, not the home.
