The neighborhood is exceptionally walkable, there are 7 coffee shops within walking distance, also many bars, restaurants, a movie theater, as well as independent shops, ATM is on the corner. There is a Walgreens and a CVS within 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk. There is an Amazon Fresh literally on the corner from the building, 1-2 minute walk. Ralphs is a 5 minute drive.
There are 2 bus stops, the closest 2 are 1 is a block away, the other is within 5 minute walk, and 10-15 minute walk to the red line subway which puts you in Hollywood in about 10 minutes, Los Feliz in 15 minutes, and Downtown in 25 minutes. There is also access to the 101/170/ and 134 within 5 minutes of driving. Burbank airport is a 10 minute drive. Hollywood is 10-15 minutes, as is Studio City, Toluca Lake, Sherman Oaks, and Burbank.
For those that work in Film and Television, Disney, CBS Radford, Warner Brothers, and NBC Universal is less than 10 minute drive.
Sunset Gower and Paramount are 15-20 in minimal traffic.
