Nice home under 3 min. to the Back of the Dragon Center & downtown Tazewell.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It has a fully equipped kitchen, or if you prefer, a grill outdoors in a beautiful private backyard. You can play corn hole, air hockey, or a variety of board games and puzzles. Later curl up with a good book or watch your favorite program on one of the four smart TVs. In under three minutes, you can be at the Back of the Dragon Center. It’s less than 1 mile to Tazewell‘s downtown where you’ll find restaurants and quaint shops.
Kick back and relax, in one of the seven recliners in the house. Each recliner has its own USB port. All three bedrooms and the living room have Roku smart TVs. LThere is a dedicated work space off the master suite. You’ll find everything in the kitchen that you need to make a cup of coffee, hot chocolate, or apple cider. The creamer and sweeteners are in the pull out drawers below the microwave. When my girls are laying, I will have a half dozen fresh farm eggs in the refrigerator for your use. Enjoy! We know you will love it here, and will want to come back again!

Friends on BOTD

The property was very well laid out. The extras left for comfort were nice. The neighborhood was easy to get in and out of.The dining options in town were less than steller. Several places were closed or "Coming Soon." The main street had some cute shops. Very nice locals.

Motorcyling

Nice base to come back to after a day of motorcyling . The garage was a bonus to park the 4 bikes in. All paved roads and nice level driveway . No central air but all the rooms had window air conditioning which worked great.We would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Motorcycle friendly with garage close to everything

Motorcycle friendly with garage that is close to food, gas, and is literally less than 5 minutes to the Back of the Dragon. The home is well stocked, very clean, super fast internet, with super comfortable beds. The host even had fresh eggs and bottled water in the fridge upon our arrival. We would highly recommend staying here. The host were super responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay for motorcycle enthusiasts for Back of the Dragon

This property has everything you could need for a wonderful stay in Tazewell, VA. Hosts, Rick and Susan, make it feel like coming home to visit caring relatives. Every need has been thought of - soaps, paper products, a Keurig rack with coffees, tea, hot chocolate and even apple cider.The furniture is comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, the sheets and towels are high quality.Having garage access was super helpful for securing our motorcycles overnight and keeping them dry. And the house is just a couple of miles from the Back of the Dragon!Tazewell is a revitalizing, cute town and the area is peaceful and beautiful. And don't miss a drive to Burke's Garden. It was the surprise highlight of our trip!

Weekend Motorcycle getaway

We rode the back of the dragon to get to our rental home. Beautiful area and fun ride. The house was exactly as expected. The house was stocked with everything we needed, including snacks, bottled water, K-cups and fresh eggs waiting for us. There was nothing the owners hadn't thought of to have for their guests which was awesome since we were traveling light on our Tri-Glide. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and even had a garage we could just pull our bike into when we were done riding the beautiful roads the area had to offer. I would highly recommend and hope to do it again soo.
