Situated on a quiet street in a well established neighborhood, this elegant 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers over 2,000 SF of living space with maximum sleeping accommodations for up to 21 guests! Fantastic spot for family reunions, golf trips, or weekend getaways with friends. With a central location near Old Town, golfing and Spring Training stadiums, you'll love the convenience of being near everything Scottsdale has to offer! This inviting and well appointed home boasts a spacious living space and a large private backyard with a pool & BBQ, plus a fully-equipped kitchen, generously sized bedrooms, and a ping-pong table! Maximum 6 adults and their dependent children.

The master suite faces the pool and includes a king-size bed and it's own en-suite bathroom. Each of the 4 guest bedrooms are well-appointed with individually decorated rooms and plush beds, ensuring each guest enjoys a comfortable stay. Head outside to patio and enjoy all the amenities of the outdoor entertaining area, including a covered patio with seating, perfect for enjoying the warm Scottsdale weather. Help yourself to fun games like ping pong and cornhole!

Our home is fully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need: appliances, cookware, dishes, etc.

Our home is professionally cleaned before every stay, and comes with clean linens, towels, soaps, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!

The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation!

Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

Ok but be prepared to help yourself

The communication with the rental property was unacceptable. The house was satisfactory but we were excited about the outdoor area. We showed up with the house at 90 degrees due to the house not being kept up on maintenance. This wasn’t resolved for over a day and took another day to get the temperature to a reasonable temperature for 17 guests. There was plenty of bed space. 2 bathrooms isn’t enough for that many people but we made it work. The pool maintenance was poor. We had a couple of us that have pools so they had to fill the pool and hot tub and constantly adjust the pool vacuum. The fridge outside didn’t work and the rental property would never get back to us about coolers. There wasn’t enough supplies for the 6 nights we stayed. We ran out of toilet paper and garbage bags. We felt we left the house better than when we arrived.

Spring Break Trip with Baseball Team

Showed up to a house that wasn’t cleaned well. We were challenged with getting 20 people places to sleep. The pool was cold, the jacuzzi wouldn’t get hot and the amenities were old and rundown.

Outdoor space stellar! Inside not so much...

8 of us came to stay for a few days - plenty of space and beds to go around. Could have used a 3rd bathroom for as many people as the place can hold. Place could use a deep clean and paint touch ups - and the bedding was clean, beds were comfortable for the most part, but upon stripping the beds per the check-out process, we discovered stains on the mattresses/matress covers that kind of grossed us out. Carpet in the bedrooms was filthy. And if you plan to cook for yourselves at all for more than 4-6 people, the kitchen is not equipped. But the outside space was awesome - we really enjoyed the fire-pit and hot tub. It was too cold during our visit to use the pool.
