Your days will be drenched in sunshine as you bask in the sprawling, jaw-dropping, and utterly private backyard oasis. It's your very own slice of paradise, featuring a generous pool and a poolside deck furnished with cozy beach loungers. Step up to the challenge and show off your putting skills with a round of mini golf (balls and clubs provided) or toss those bean bags like a pro with a game of cornhole. If that's not enough, challenge your friends to a ping-pong duel when you need a break from the pool.

Take refuge under two shaded porches, savor delectable meals at the outdoor dining area, catch your favorite game on the outdoor TV, or fire up the grill (propane provided) for a sizzling BBQ feast.

As you cross the threshold, you'll be immediately embraced by the heart of the home - a dynamic, all-in-one living room, bar, and dining room that's perfect for entertaining. The kitchen and cozy breakfast nook are right there, just a step away, with a fantastic slider that leads to the backyard wonderland and outdoor dining area. The living area boasts an oversized, plush sectional sofa where you can sink into comfort and enjoy your favorite flicks on the smart TV. With live-streamed cable (YouTube TV!), Netflix, Amazon Prime, and so much more, your entertainment options are endless.

But the excitement doesn't stop there. We've got a built-in wet bar, complete with a wine fridge, perfect for mixing up cocktails and cheers-worthy toasts. And for those moments when you need to mix business with pleasure, there's a dedicated workspace that's oh-so-convenient. Our living area also features a Bluetooth player that moonlights as a record machine! Spin some vinyl classics and let the good vibes flow through the air.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up culinary masterpieces right at your fingertips. And for those who need a little extra oomph to start their day, we've got a Keurig coffee maker with coffee ready to jump-start your mornings.

This two-story home is all about convenience and comfort. On the main level, the primary bedroom is a royal retreat with a king-sized bed, a luxurious ensuite bath, and a private toilet closet. The bathroom boasts double shower heads, double vanities, and a roomy walk-in closet. Plus, there's a sliding door that opens to the backyard, where you'll wake up to the sight of the sparkling pool!

The other two bedrooms on this level also have ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom two offers a king-sized bed, while bedroom three features two full-sized beds. You'll also find a handy half bathroom in the hallway. And guess what? There's a third sliding glass door near the second and third bedrooms, providing easy access to the sensational pool and yard from anywhere on the lower level!

The home features two upstairs areas. The first area is a kid-friendly paradise, but grown-ups will love it too. It comes with a vanity/desk area, a full bathroom with a bathtub, a cool game room for the little ones, and a bunk room with three built-in bunks – full-sized beds on the bottom, twin beds on top. The game room is packed with fun, featuring air hockey, Hookey, and Connect 4. The game room also features a full-sized bed pull-out sofa to sleep extra guests.

The second upstairs zone is the ultimate "adult" game room loft. It's the place to be for the grown-ups looking to unwind. There's a pool table, a poker table, and a dart board, plus a full bathroom and a closet. And for any extra guests, we've got a rollaway bed in the closet, just in case! Let the games begin!

* The home offers a two-car driveway for guests to park their vehicles, along with free street parking. Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests.

*Disclosure Regarding Pool Heat*
Before requesting pool heat, please be advised of the following:
We cannot make the pool into a hot tub! The maximum temperature we heat the pools to is 85 degrees. Please also be advised that in the winter months when the overnight temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool heaters will simply shut off to avoid mechanical damage to the heat pump system due to the ice that will form otherwise on the internal coils. The heaters will turn back on automatically when the temperature outside goes back up/when the ice that was forming to cause the shut off melts, but this means that we cannot promise the pool will stay heated to our normal of 85 degrees. Even with the cooler temperatures, the pool heaters do tend to keep the pools within 5 degrees of the desired temperature. This turning on and off the heater is very expensive for the homeowners, hence the pool heating charge. Therefore, please note we will NOT be able to refund the pool heating charge if you feel the pool did not stay warm enough during your stay. The pools have been heating up to 75-85 degrees, which is 35-45 degrees higher than the outdoor temperature.
