Amazing entertaining space with all the amenities! Tennis and basketball, pool, theater room, fitness center, game room, office space, open floor plan, RV garage, parking for 20 vehicles. You have full access to the home! The gourmet kitchen, theater room, three laundry rooms, fitness center, office space, garage, and recreational amenities.The entire home is accessible to guests! Make yourself at home!
The immediate area offers hiking trails, golf, restaurants, movie theaters, bowling, shopping. Cubs spring training games are approximately 5 miles from the home, Scottsdale and all it has to offer is 10 minutes away.
Several car services are available in the area. For those having their own vehicle, parking is generally free.
I have arranged for discounted rates on area seasonal attractions for my guests such as Cubs spring training games, golf, hiking, and dining. Additionally, in home services such as a chef experience or regular maid service are also available.

Bachelor party

We came with a big group for my bachelor party. We comfortably fit 14 people, and the pool, lawn, and tennis/pickleball court was a huge hit. Scott was responsive and helpful leading up to and through the entire trip. Highly recommend, I’d definitely come back!

60th Anniversary Celebration

In the current industry where there is lack of customer service, the property owner, Scott, rises to all of your needs and concerns. He is kind, generous and available 24/7. The house was perfect for our visiting family. We were all together under one roof but not on top of each other. I hope we will be able to rent this house again. The amenities are like being in a top notch resort. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, family chats around the fire pit and golf. The guys loved the Golden Tee. I gave the property a 5 star rating...it is definitely 5 star or more.

Family Reunion

The mansion is gorgeous with so many wonderful things to keep all of us busy. We will all have great memories of our family vacation/reunion.

Exactly what we were looking for!

We had a great experience at Scott's place in Mesa. There is plenty to do and lots of space. The outdoor area is awesome. Unfortunately, we happened to be there during the coldest week of the year, so didn't take advantage of the outdoor space as much as we'd have liked, but the pool was heated and was a comfortably temperature and the hot tub was working just fine.. Scott was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us around, and was available throughout the weekend for anything we needed. The only thing that wasn't awesome was that while the people who stayed on the main floor and the upstairs and the Caseda all had their own rooms and bathrooms, there are only two bathrooms and one shower in the lower level, so if you have a bunch of people staying down there, they will have to share bathrooms.. Otherwise we loved it!
