The gourmet kitchen, theater room, three laundry rooms, fitness center, office space, and recreational amenities.The entire home is accessible to guests! Make yourself at home!
The immediate area offers hiking trails, golf, restaurants, movie theaters, bowling, shopping. Cubs spring training games are approximately 5 miles from the home, Scottsdale and all it has to offer is 10 minutes away.
Several car services are available in the area. For those having their own vehicle, parking is generally free.

Great house - just as advertised

This house was a great fit for our large group, even in the hot summer climate. A/C worked great, the pool was in frequent use, and we loved the layout. We've sometimes found that houses that sleep this many people are somehow short on table space, but this house had lots of seating and we could spread out a bit. We'll be back next year!

Annual Golf Trip

We had 16 guys come out to Arizona for our annual golf trip. The accommodations were great! The heated pool and hot tub were great after 36 holes of golf! We greatly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to next year!.

Great bachelor and bachelorette stay

We had 11 couples stay at the house. Plenty of gear to cook with. Easy 15 minutes to airport. 20 minutes to Scottsdale row. Not a lot of walkable food and beverage but still convenient quick drive to grocery. Lots of fun activities around the house.

The house and pool area are super fun for any group! Scott is very responsive whenever you need something. We were a group of 17 adults and never left the property because everything we needed was available to us! Will definitely recommend to anyone!

Bachelor party

We came with a big group for my bachelor party. We comfortably fit 14 people, and the pool, lawn, and tennis/pickleball court was a huge hit. Scott was responsive and helpful leading up to and through the entire trip. Highly recommend, I’d definitely come back!

Great time, location is about 20 min from old town, house is huge pool/pickle ball plenty of space. Great house to hang out with friends. Scott was quick to address any minor issues we had. Would rent again!

Soccer Team

Awesome stay for our soccer team while in town for a tournament. They had a great time in what they referred to as their “luxury frat house”. Really appreciated the host working with us to make it such a special time for the boys.

The Perfect VRBO

We came out to Scottsdale as a 16 man bachelor party. The house was better than even described in the listing. Not very often does a house claim to be able to sleep a certain amount of people and actually be able to accommodate. The rooms were huge with king or queen size beds giving everyone their space needed without cramming 4 beds into a small room. The rest of the house is also more than large enough that everyone can be together. If anyone were to mention going to Scottsdale, I would 100% recommend staying here. Aside from the house, the location is prime. Within a mile of major expressways and 10 minutes to whatever you may need. The only thing that makes this above the rest is the hosts themselves. They answered any and all questions and would check in prior to our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. Can’t thank you enough!

Perfect group stay

We booked this as home-base for our wedding party and it was absolutely perfect. Our friends were able to get great pool time and enjoy pickle ball and basketball outside. Downstairs there’s even more relaxing with the theatre room and Rec games. This place is everything we imagined it would be and more. If you’re thinking of staying here, do it! There will be zero regrets

Amazing House

We had a group of 24 celebrating a birthday. Everyone had an amazing time. The house has everything you could want including a heated pool, pickle ball court, ping pong table and much more. Scott was the best host and was available 24/7 to answer any questions we had. We had chef Ron one night and I would highly recommend him. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful & Big House

House is just too beautiful. Owner of the house was so helpful and came over to give us the tour of the house and to show all the features. God bless him. He showed up in less than 5 minutes when we called him.

We recently stayed at the house for a family reunion with 5 families with a group of 26! The house was our favorite reunion house so far! The spacious ground floor has lots of usable space, seating, & tables to eat together, play games, puzzles, & visit. The kitchen was nice & open with counter space to cook & serve easily, and a huge pantry with lots of shelving to help declutter the kitchen counters. (Our only downside was there was only one dishwasher in the main kitchen, and limited XL pots & bowls to cook & serve for such a large group who cooks the majority of their food together, but we supplemented with paper products & foil pans.) We were very Thankful for the large ice machine in the kitchen!!! (it looks like it replaced a 2nd dishwasher at some point) The pool was good size & deep enough for everyone to enjoy and the hot tub and seating area around it was nice. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor & main floor, and Casita all had private bathrooms which was nice for the couples!! Our kids shared the downstairs bedrooms & the 3 shared bathrooms down there. We were pleasantly surprised by the 3 extra twin mattresses which could be moved to different bedrooms or closets (big enough for a small bedroom) for max flexibility for sleeping arrangements. We were VERY Thankful the Air Conditioning worked so well in August!! The host was very attentive & helpful to any issue that arose during our stay! This is a Great house for family reunions!! We highly recommend this house

60th Anniversary Celebration

In the current industry where there is lack of customer service, the property owner, Scott, rises to all of your needs and concerns. He is kind, generous and available 24/7. The house was perfect for our visiting family. We were all together under one roof but not on top of each other. I hope we will be able to rent this house again. The amenities are like being in a top notch resort. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, family chats around the fire pit and golf. The guys loved the Golden Tee. I gave the property a 5 star rating...it is definitely 5 star or more.

Outstanding Mansion with incredible amenities

We rented the place for a college get together. Easy to get to and park- about 25 minutes from the airport and almost unlimited parking. The property is just beautiful inside and out Well designed. And seems to have everything- multiple kitchens, great living space, TVs, audio system, awesome pool with hot tub and waterfall. Fire pit and grill and seating. Tennis court. Large lawns and many more things to enjoy. If you are looking for a great vacation in Phoenix area. Don’t think just get this one. Oh and Scott was a perfect host.
