Tres Chic Old Town

Welcome to our home located in a lovely neighborhood only minutes from Old Town and just around the corner from several parks for both pets and people! We look forward to hosting you in our home and with only being 20 minutes from the Airport, our home is convenient for everyone! Come and enjoy the private backyard and all the entertainment to go with it!

This 3000sqft home offers a tri-level floor plan with rec room basement, main floor living areas and upstairs bedrooms. The backyard is the place to relax from the heated pool at an additional $65/night, for the duration of the stay.Payment is required one weeks before your arrival to accommodate this feature. The hot tub is heated at no additional cost. Practice your golf game with the putting green or cozy up to the fire pit! There is something for everyone at our home! Six adults plus their dependent children.

Please note that during the Winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.

Property Requires Maintenance

This property has a hole in the roof and birds living in the attic. Several pool chairs and the basketball net were broken. There were only 7 forks for 12 of us. The home requires a deep clean. You have to contact the management company to turn the pool heat on and off through out your stay as the hot tub can only be hot when the pool heat is off. (despite paying extra for the pool heat) The property has the potential to be great if regular maintenance was being completed and communication regarding the pool heat was clear.

Getaway!

Three of us had a lovely stay. Although the house and property were not luxurious, it was nice, clean, and spacious enough for each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. We loved the outside seating and the pool!

Perfect Bachelorette Party Space

Great location! Our group of 16 was able to easily get downtown via golf cart or uber in a short 10/15 minutes. The size of the house was perfect for the number of people. We had a few issue’s checking in but the property group handled our issues well.

Great Stay near Old Town

We had a great stay with 16 people. This house was able to accommodate our big group with one queen blow up mattress in addition to the listed beds. Backyard was beautiful with lots of seating, games, and great pool and hot tub. We had no issue with the door alarm/access code. Only complaint was there was some damaged items from previous renters (kitchen door hinge broken, damage to the walls, missing shampoo amenity in the shower) and it was tricky to notice these items upon arrival but the property managers were very easily contacted. Great stay and would definitely recommend.

Away Eagles Game

12 friends from Philadephia traveled to Arizona for the Eagles vs. Cardinals game! The house was perfect. The yard provided wonderful hangout space, and the pool got plenty of sun. The open kitchen and living room concept was ideal for hanging out and comfortably fit everyone. The instructions we received from the landlord were very detailed and easy to access which answered any questions we had. The location was also great - walkable to coffee shops and grocery stores and a quick 7 minute Uber to the bars. The only issue we ever ran into was the door code didn’t work when we went to check in, but the rental company was easy to contact and we got it fixed. Would definitely stay again!
