Property is 5th generation farm. Your stay will be quiet, secluded with very large yard and kid friendly. The Ark is in view when you first enter the farm. Firepit complete with fireflies, stars and view of Ark at night. Porch with swing to sit and watch wildlife. Just a few short miles from restaurants, shopping and other attractions.

We were VERY happy with our short one night stay. Owner is very helpful, thoughtful and the property is so peaceful and great place to relax after a full day of activities. House was spotless and well maintained, beds comfortable, plenty of condiments in the fridge and shampoo, body wash in bathroom. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the peace and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was an awesome experience on a farm! We stayed here to visit the ark and loved the family friendly environment! Sherry even made sure there were toys available! Recommend this location for anyone visiting the area

Property Manager/Owner is a wonderful, pleasant lady! House is nice, clean and secluded. She had a loaf of homemade bread waiting for us! It was delicious! Hope to be able to stay again sometime only longer.

We really enjoyed our stay. Sherry had everything we needed at the house. She even greeted us with some delicious homemade bread. We even lit a fire and roasted hot dogs on our last night at the firepit

My Happy Place was terrific! Sherry was an excellent hostess and the house couldn’t have been better. She made sure everything that we could ever need was there. Plus, she is a great person!!! The house is in a quiet location and you can even see the ark from the property. We couldn’t have picked a better place to spend our vacation .

Very Quiet

This place is wonderful. Very clean and Ms Sherry is so sweet and helpful. I loved the fire pit, porch swing. Only thing I would have done different. Is to bought some groceries before we got there. Other than that it’s a great place for a getaway. It’s so peaceful.planning going back in the fall.

A Happy Place Encounter

Enjoyed The Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and Claiborne Horse Farm. But it was absolutely heavenly to come back to Sherry’s Happy Place and unwind after each busy day. Perfect place for a quiet getaway.

Arc Encounter Happy Place

The owner was exceptional. The location is remote in the facility is not new but very nice and large. Fully functioning, fully equipped and wonderfully private. A little bit of a distance to get to, but that’s a necessity if it’s going to be remote in private. Great proximity to the arc encounter.

When we arrived on 7-27 we met Sherry in the driveway so she could show us the view of the Ark. After that she showed us to the house and I have to say what an awesome place. Very quiet and secluded. She showed us around the house and told us stories of previous visitors and we felt so at home. The property is very comfortable and Sherry definitely tends to all you're needs and questions. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place while visiting the Ark and Creation museum.. Also Sherry will have a special treat for you upon arrival.We stayed 7-27-25 to 7-30-25.. The hostess is so sweet. Her place is beautiful! It is hidden away in a peaceful, guiet place. Very clean, bed was extremily comfortable. She had extra supplies that she didn't advertise. Will definitely go back again. I highly recommend this secret hide away.
