Each Unit has a fully-stocked updated and modern KITCHEN featuring professional-grade stainless steel appliances, offering abundant dinnerware, glassware, cooking tools and kitchen utensils to inspire any level of culinary creativity, as well as A DINING area, perfect for gathering around the table to enjoy your culinary creations while sharing smiles with the people you cherish.

With a side entrance and OUTDOOR area, the units are connected by a shared patio and backyard. You'll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful Miami weather with family or friends! The Large backyard PATIO offers comfortable outdoor seating with activities to do like yoga, reading, work, exercise, socializing, and a smoking zone.

The 2 LIVING ROOMS each feature a big, cozy modern sofa bed, and a cozy atmosphere that will make you feel at home; perfect for everyone to gather and watch their favorite shows on the 70" Smart Roku TV, complete with a Bluetooth sound system for an elevated movie night. All 4 bedrooms are beautifully decorated in a minimal theme. Premium bedding (Mellanni 1800 Cool Touch microfiber flat sheet), extra pillows, and sheets are provided.
