Why they chose this property

Birch Groves is a special place. Quaint cottages and line the streets of this private community, and the neighbors and kids enjoy fantastic lake amenities. Highly walkable, the lake, community beach, club house and community deck are perfect for enjoying summer, and there is also a tennis court with basketball hoop steps away from the cottage.

What makes this property unique

This cottage is currently the only rental property in this highly sought after lake community that offers full community amenities. The large backyard is perfect for barbecuing or toasting marshmallows at the firepit. High ceilings with wood beams and an open floor plan make this small cottage feel bright and airy.
