Cottage I is part of Bayside Inn & Marina; a property consisting of 41 units including a Motel, Inn, and 11 cottages of varying sizes.

Cottage I (sleeps 8 people) is one of our largest cottages - three bedrooms and roomy common space. It is situated on a sunny knoll with a beautiful view of the lake.

Square footage is ample: approximately 780 sq ft, plus a full-length deck measuring 22 by 8 feet.

Cottage I is great for families with lots of kids. The sleeping arrangements are, one queen sized bed in the downstairs bedroom, two twin sized beds in each of the two upstairs lofted bedrooms, and a pull-out sofa in the living room.

There is a full bath downstairs.

Lake days

We enjoyed the cabin. Was clean and well maintained. Great view and beach. Wish we could have jumped from one of the two docks but they are both restricted for boat owners only. That was a disappointment and not mentioned in the listing. Otherwise, great location, clean, and a good view.

Thank you Jill! I am happy to hear that you enjoyed the cottage and our property. We are very lucky to live and work in such a beautiful area! I'm sorry that we don't allow swimming or jumping off the docks. Unfortunately, it wouldn't be safe because our docks are floating and there are several chains and big concrete anchors that could cause harm if you were to hit them when jumping. Not to mention the boats that you would have to jump between. We want our guests to be safe.
