The apartment had multiple concerns, including stains in the bathtub, on the stove, and on the kitchen table. The kitchen chairs were stained, the living room rug had stains throughout, the couch was broken, and the TV did not work. There were dead bugs in the kitchen along the window ledge, and the living room smelled like smoke.
