Spent the weekend here and Rod was a fantastic host!! Property is as described. Very clean and comfortable! Even included little extras! Definitely will stay here again next time I’m in Lawton. Some reviews have said the neighborhood wasn’t the greatest but it was very quiet with respectful neighbors in a typical middle class neighborhood. We had ZERO problems with anything! Thank you Rod for your hospitality!!!

4/10 Poor

The property looked great upon arrival, and our initial impression was very positive. However, after getting settled in, we began noticing several issues that affected our overall experience. The internet stopped working just a couple of hours after we started using it. We also discovered dead roaches under the cabinets and bugs in some of the beds, which was concerning. Additionally, the sheets and towels had an unpleasant odor, making us question whether they had been properly washed or freshly changed before our arrival. While the property initially appeared nice, these issues made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped. With better attention to cleanliness, linens, pest control, and reliable internet service, the overall experience could be significantly improved.

Clean small house, neighborhood not so great

The house was clean. Entry code didn’t work upon arrival but host answered quickly. It isn’t Boho nor is it a bungalow. The neighborhood is not great, but it was quiet. Beds were super comfy. Water pressure in second bath was poor. House smelled nice. Huge TV in family room. Overall, it was average.
