The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to gather, relax and enjoy. Everything has been reimagined for the way we live today. Your comfort is our priority, so we've equipped this property with many amenities like three flat screen TVs (ROKU operated so it is easy to use), Wi-Fi high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, BBQ, and plenty of games for lots of fun!
THE LOCATION:
The Home is located at Miralon – a gorgeous Palm springs development where mid-century modern homes blend with acres of parks, seven miles of trails and over 7000 olive trees and a mix of community gardens, lakes, and dog parks in a prime desert location. Here, you'll be located, just minutes from restaurants, night spots, burger joints, sandwich shops, grocery stores and all the fun of Palm Canyon Drive.
UTILITIES:
For stays of 28 nights and less: Utilities and the heating of the hot tub are included in the rental of the Property, except for the heating of the pool. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter for an additional $50.00 per day plus the city tax.
For stays over 28 nights: Utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guest’s credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter, hot tub heat is controlled via a remote at the property.

No smoking or vaping
Renters must be 25 years of age or older per city code, ID must be on file.
Renter must sign a rental agreement.
No Music or amplified sound is allowed outside of the rental home or that can be heard outside the home (at any volume) per city code.
No one can be in the back yard after 10:00 PM per city code.
Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom.
Only 6 guests are allowed on the property at any time per city code.
The pool is heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.
If the above city ordinances and codes are not followed the city will issue fines and may ask renters to vacate the premises. City ID # is 4399
