Newly remodeled in 2023 Casa Santa Rita is a beautiful 2200 sq ft home close enough to walk to town , high enough in elevation for a great view. Perfectly located on the marina side of the exclusive Pedregal Development , Casa Santa Rita offers 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, spectacular marina and Sea of Cortez views. Private swimming pool, hot tub, covered terrace, purified water system, streaming TV , wireless internet and a local Cabo phone line. Two upstairs bedrooms with their own bathrooms king and queen beds.
A downstairs studio apartment offers privacy with a separate entry, full bathroom, and sound separation. Two queen beds and hide a bed downstairs.
The main living , BBQ and outside pool areas are all on one level with few stairs to negotiate. A great place to cook at home or go out to enjoy a fabulous restaurant.

Christmas in Cabo

Conveniently located. Short walk to the marina and the beach. The house was comfortable for three couples. Michaela the property manager was helpful and responsive. We would stay there again. PS a friendly Siamese cat comes to the property every day. She is a sweetheart.

Great Place to Stay in Cabo

The house was perfect for our group of 5. It had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Cabo, including the amazing pool and hot tub. The photos of the property don’t do it justice! The views are incredible and it’s located in a quite gated community. Michaela was very helpful and communicative getting us settled in, and provided great recommendations! I’m sure we’ll be back

Comfortable home in a great location and nice view

The location is wonderful with nice view of the marina, Mendano Bay/Sea of Cortez. It is a short walk into town. There only a few steps to the front door and only two steps inside the main house which is unusual for houses in this neighborhood which need to accommodate the hilly terrain. The accommodations were great and interactions with the owner and property manager were more than satisfactory. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to book again next year.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. The views were absolutely stunning, and starting each morning with coffee on the deck while taking in the scenery was one of our favorite parts of the stay. The house itself is gorgeous, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home.The peaceful atmosphere made the experience even more special. At night it was so quiet and relaxing that you could actually hear the sea lions calling from the marina, which was such a unique and memorable touch.Our host, Michaela, was fantastic. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive to anything we needed during our stay. It was clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in making sure everything is perfect.We are so grateful for the wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. The house is very nice and kitchen well equipped. When we arrived the house had been opened for us, however there was no key. Called the property manager numerous times, leaving messages, but recieved no response. When I emailed owner, received message that it was a gated community and did not need to lock door. But I did not feel comfortable leaving our valuables in an unlocked house, therefore first evening did not go out. Next day we did recieve a key. Following day emailed owner that spa did not work. Owner suggested I turn it off then on again. I tried this but it didn't help, and decided since it was xmas eve should not bother anyone again. Strangely at 10 pm recieved an email from owner stating "check into a hotel next time. Or call property manager". I will follow his advice and not bother him again.

Fantastic !!!

Our family stayed for a week , and we enjoyed it all! Fully equipped beautiful house, had everything that we needed and made our stay so comfortable ! The best of all of course, is the spectacular view from the patio, the pool and jacuzzi . Communication with Cameron and Victor was great and simless . A Slice of Heaven

Waking up and drinking our morning coffee on the terrace was the best. The view was awesome. Then at night we could hear Poncho the Sea Lion bark. Very relaxing place to unwind after a busy day enjoying all Cabo has to offer. We were close enough to everything but far enough away to have our own little oasis.

Best Vacation in Years!

After spending a week at Casa Santa Rita, I plan to come back every year at this time. The house has an awesome view, is within easy walking distance to town, and the hot tub is great in the evenings. The house had wifi and the tap water was purified. Pretty much as good as it gets!

I recently stayed at Casa Santa Rita. It was my first trip to Cabo San Lucas and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it exceeded my expectations. I traveled to Cabo with a group of friends and we were all very happy with our choice of staying here. While able to enjoy each others company, the house allowed us to have our own personal space. With two bedrooms upstairs and a small apartment down, it was very enjoyable. The pool and the hot tub were just the ticket with an amazing view of Cabo. We also were able to walk right down to the marina in just a few minutes. Everything was within walking distance. I am definitely going to back to Cabo and I will stay at the beautiful Casa Santa Rita again.

Best Vacations Ever!!!

Casa Santa Rita is a home away from home. The moment you walk in you never want to leave not only the spectacular view of Cabo but the privacy of your own personal oasis. Casa Santa Rita is the perfect place for the couple who simply want to reconnect and enjoy each other. Or some much needed family time. With restaurants and the marina only a short walk away it’s the perfect way to enjoy Mexico without sharing the pool with lots of other people. The fishing is fantastic and yes I’m “Hooked”. You will not be disappointed staying at this Casa spacious, beautiful and fully equipped for your stay. Since now I’ve stayed there multiple times as a couple and family you can’t go wrong. Best vacations I’ve ever had are spent at Casa Santa Rita. You to will fall in love with Mexico just as we have.
