Come and enjoy your stay in Michigan's beautiful upper peninsula. This home offers 200 ft of lake frontage on the gorgeous North Manistique (Round) Lake ! You'll find many of the UP attractions located within 1 hour of this home. Whether you are looking for a quiet family getaway to relax and enjoy the lake or a comfortable home to retreat to after a busy day of exploring the beauty of Michigan's UP - this home has your vacation checklist covered!
What the home offers:
- 1700 acre clear all sports/ spring fed lake
-128 foot of dock - average depth of lake near dock is 2-3 feet and it is clean, clear and sandy water (beautiful clean lake - great for the kids to enjoy!)
- 1,800 Sq Ft Family Home on 4 acres (4 bedroom/ 2.5 bathrooms)
- 7 beds total - 3 of the 4 bedrooms offer gorgeous views of the lake
- Large deck for gatherings

Summer:
Jump in the crystal clear (spring fed) lake, or enjoy the many beautiful attractions of the UP. This property is located in the heart of all the popular destinations in the Eastern UP. (under 1 hour drive - see list below!)
- Fire pit and campfire wood are provided
- 5 kayaks with oars available for guests

-Less then 1/2 mile to get to public boat launch for North Manistique Lake and 1.5 miles for the public boat launch to the big Manistique Lake for those traveling with boats!

The home does offer air conditioner for the hot summer days and propane heat and a wood burning fireplace to warm up to after a cold day of outdoor fun in the winter.
Winter: Ride directly to the snowmobile trials:
- 10 min to McMillan corner (Trail #498)
- 12 min to Trail #43 towards Seney
Plenty of space to park trucks and trailers. This property is located on a private road. Snowplowing is included in the rental price. Ample space to hang snowmobile gear/ helmets and if you have the fireplace going - your gear will dry quickly!
