Location is only one block to the beach, restaurants, stores, tennis courts, playground, basketball courts and fishing pier. Condo is 3 Bedroom and 2 ½ Bathrooms. Bedroom one is a Primary suite with a Queen bed. Bedroom number two will feature a Queen bed and all new bedroom furniture. Third bedroom has Built-Bunk beds (4-Twin beds). Sleeping a total of 8 comfortably. This is the perfect beach getaway for your family. All mattress, bedrooms carpets and the washer and dryer are new for the Summer of 2026. Being only about 20 minutes from Ocean City or 40 minutes from Atlantic City, this location is perfect for your vacation.
