The outdoor area is perfect for grilling and hanging out with friends and family as you watch the beautiful Arizona sunsets! We have plenty of parking for the whole family (up to 4 parking sites!). There are multiple restaurants, hiking trails, shopping, and a 20+ mile biking/walking trail right out the backdoor.

Poor check in procedure

We were supposed to get the house by 4:00 and by that time I still had not received any check in information. After messaging and calling the host and leaving to get pizza, I finally got the entry code. Only one of the tv’s actually worked without signing in to our own subscriptions which we don’t have. There was food left in the refrigerator and freezer from previous guests. Also would have liked to have known we couldn’t set the thermostat below 75 before booking the house, so we didn’t sleep well. On the positive side the backyard was beautiful

Peaceful Location near Phoenix

Our family visited Phoenix for the first time and we were very comfortable in this home during our visit. The home was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels, washcloths, blankets, and extra linens. We are grateful to our hosts for the provided bath soaps and plenty of home supplies (laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper). We were pleased to find a location that had a large enough table for our family of 5 to share meals together, and the kitchen was equipped for our needs. We also enjoyed the patio area for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, this was a gem of a home in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, and we were thankful to return to it each evening after exploring Phoenix.

Final 4 Vacation spot

This was a very nice home, very clean, loved the back patio, very accommodating for our needs. Great location for traveling around to the different spots we visited while there. The hosts were always very responsive to our inquiries. Given the opportunity, we would stay here again. One thing we were not sure about was how to get the TVs connected for the very few times we were interested in watching a particular TV show. Maybe instructions in the welcome binder would be beneficial.
